Returns

 

• Returns will be accepted within 15 days from the date of the purchase towards exchanges or store credit.

 

• Items must be returned in their original condition. Tags & original packaging must be intact. 

 

• All sale merchandise is final sale and can not be returned or refunded.

       

• Gift cards are only sold instore & are not returnable or refundable.

• We are not responsible if any returned item is lost or damaged due to USPS. Customer is responsible to insure any items returned. We recommend to insure any item above $75.

Refunds

       Once your returned item is received & inspected, you will receive a notification via email which will inform you of the next step.
 

       If your refund is approved, your refund will be processed & your credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of                   payment, within 2 - 3 days.

Exchanges

       We will be happy to replace any defective or damaged item received with the same item if in stock. Send us an email before returning the item to         danielli.menswear@gmail.com 

 

       ITEMS RETURNED WITHOUT PRIOR NOTIFICATION WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED AND WILL BE RETURNED TO THE SENDER.
